Here is this weeks Booking Through Thursday :

I’ve always wondered what other people do when they come across a word/phrase that they’ve never heard before. I mean, do they jot it down on paper so they can look it up later, or do they stop reading to look it up on the dictionary/google it or do they just continue reading and forget about the word?
In English, I just keep reading most of the time. I also play games like Match Up (scroll down on the right hand side of this blog) to test my word savvy. I will look a word up later, when I am close to a dictionary but only if I remember it.
In French, if I own the book, I underline the word, look it up and write the definition in the margin. I've learned a lot of words that way.
Happy reading!
