Here's today's question: Do you have multiple copies of any of your books? If so, why? If not, why not?
My husband and I both love books. When we got married, we ended up with several multiples, usually in the SF category. Our most frequent furniture purchase is bookshelves. Really, we should just get a subscription to IKEA, and have them deliver a new shelf to our door every six months.
That said, my husband knows what books he's read so if I buy him a book as a gift, it has to be the latest and greatest or very obscure. I just bought him a book called mindscan by Robert J. Sawyer and guess what....
